Cue Desensitization Platform

Early-Risk Prevention Tool

Before You Begin

This is a preventive, skill-building tool.

This system is designed for individuals at early stages of substance use or misuse who experience situational craving or cue sensitivity.

This is NOT:

  • A treatment for established Substance Use Disorder (SUD)
  • A replacement for clinical care
  • A diagnostic tool

What to expect:

  • You will identify personal situational triggers
  • You will be briefly exposed to text-based cue descriptions
  • You will rate your responses and see your progress
  • Sessions are limited to 5 trials maximum
  • You can stop at any time by clicking "End Session"

Safety: If you experience strong discomfort (craving rating above 7/10), the session will automatically end.

Step 1: Identify Your Situational Triggers

Describe situations, places, or contexts where you experience craving or urges. Be specific.

Step 2: Baseline Measurement

We'll establish your baseline state before exposure.

Current Craving Level

Rate your current craving on a scale of 0-10:

0 = None10 = Extreme

Current rating: 0
